These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seedance 2.5 at aiseedance25.ai and the AI video and image generation services we provide (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away at support@aiseedance25.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.
The Service uses a credit system. Some features are free, and others require credits or a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and credit amounts are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the prompts and files you upload ("Input") and the videos and images you generate ("Output"), to the extent allowed by law. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Input you provide.
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you may use Output you create for personal and commercial projects. See our commercial license details for the rights included with each plan.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Seedance 2.5 and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
